My name is Sally I'm 54 yr old female height 5'6 about 145 lbs. About 8:30 I was cleaning up in kitchen and I felt my heart racing. I sat down and tried to take some deep breaths because I felt tightness in my chest. I pressed my had to my chest and my heart was pounding! Ki was trying to count it but it was racing to fast. It has continued on and off since then followed by a headache and dizziness. Whenever I get up and move around it starts again
