My Name Is Sandra. I'm 57 Years Old. I Have

My name is Sandra. I'm 57 years old. I have had open heart surgery with cabbageX3 and the repair of a hole the size of a golf ball between the chambers. All but one of my arteries are closed, it's open at 5%. I have one or two stents put in. I'm on PNR nitro and two slow release nitrous. I need to know if there is anything my doctor can do to open my arteries??? Please help me I know my heart is dying without the right amount of blood.
