My Name Is Tom, 2 Weeks Ago I Had Neck

My name is Tom, 2 weeks ago I had neck surgery C5-C6 C6-C7 fused. Had bone spurs and very little disk between c5-c6 and c6-c7. No arm problems prior to surgery. Problem after surgery left arm is hurting from the top of the shoulder to the thumb and the first 2 fingers are numb, strength in hand very week.
pain in the upper arm (top of shoulder to the elbow) is very bad. Any information would be helpful. Thanks
