My Name Is Wes And I Have Several Lumps On

My name is Wes and I have several lumps on my lower stomach under skin that are really starting to bother me. Can you tell me what this could be caused from? The one has been there for about a year now. It hasn't gotten any bigger but would like to know if it's something I need to worry about?
