My Name Is Reetu And Am 42 Years Old. I

My name is reetu and am 42 years old. i am feeling neuralgia in my lower thigh starting from hip (left side) to below of knee. Usually the pain is sever at night, at the time of walking it is mild. I had also underwent a surgery (THR) in my right side hip in 2007 but now the problem is in left side. Can i take Nurokind Plus once in a day. Will it help.
