My Name Is Todd And I Have Been On Oxycontin80

My name is todd and I have been on oxycontin80 for past three years with other meds im taking things just are not right..im losing my wife or atleast I feel that I am.I cant have sex because cant stay hard....she thinks its her..the meds are for severe chronic back issues and according to my neurologist the worst case of neuropathy in my feet that hes ever encountered...the question is I dont need 24 hours of pain meds what can I get for pain but as needed not for two pills daily and lasting 24 hours I have a habit I want to get rid of please direct me in right direction..... thank you
