My Name IsMichele ,I Am Receiving Lumber Steroid Epidural Shots

My name isMichele ,I am receiving lumber steroid epidural shots in my Lower back L-4-5, they only last the most has been 25 days, We know someone that use to get what I thought was a nerve block once a year, but after reading up on what a nerve block was I must have been mistaken...What type of a shot could I receive that would last longer??? I'm sorry I didn't mention I have degenerative Disc disease!
