My Neck Is Stiff And Doc Said My Ears Are

My neck is stiff and doc said my ears are cloudy. I have already taking a round of ZPAC 3 weeks ago due to me having a upper respitory infection. I went back to doctor on Wed because of neck stiff and she said it was cloudy. But saying that she wasn't concerned but she is not feeling my pain.
