My Neck Muscles Are Very Weak And I Can Hardly

My neck muscles are very weak and I can hardly hold my head up. The pain also radiates into my shoulders.Along with this the muscles in my forearms are very sore..I have a bad cough and when I get up to move around I am light headed. Could you tell me what might be wrong with me.
