My Neighbor Brings In Wool And Other Materials . I

My neighbor brings in wool and other materials . I dont know what he is doing with them but he has some sort of device that sends the smell of burnt wood to my apt. and its making vey sick. I sweat all the time and its beginning to make my heart beaat funny. I dnot know what he is doing but he runs water for 3 to 5 hours at a time. Can you tell me what he is doing?
