My neighbor had back x-rays and doesn't understand the letter describing her findings. Probable calcified splenic granulomas over the left abdomen. Straightening of the normal lumbar lordosis on the lateral projection. Moderately extensive multilevel degenerative disc and facet disease in the lumbar spine, progressed at the L 4-5 level. No definite pars defects.
