My Neighbor's Dog Got Excited When He Saw Me And

My neighbor's dog got excited when he saw me and his paws were all over me.. I was wearing a thin t shirt and i see raised, red streaks of scratch marks, which appeared pretty much immediately. I don't see any broken skin. Shall I be worried about rabies or any other infections?
