My Nephew, 4 Years Of Age, Just Reported In X

My nephew, 4 years of age, just reported in X Ray as ....Patchy Haziness in right perihilar and right paracardiac region. He is having continuous cough since 5 days, Doctor gave him some medicines but not effective so today done with Chest X Ray...He also has fever sometimes.....Please advice
