My Nephew 47 Underwent Bypass Operation 1 Month Back ,during

My nephew 47 underwent bypass operation 1 month back ,during first post operation week he got breathlessness and fever ,scan shows considation in both lower lobes and also middle lobe of one lung and small pleural effusion,he was treated with I/v antibiotics.he is discharged .he is afibrile ,feeling better,complaining breathlessness on talking.Is this case of atypical pneumonia,needing oral antibiotics in follow up. regards
