My Nephew Has Just Turned 40. He And His Wife

My nephew has just turned 40. He and his wife separated and he and his two boys moved in with me. To make a long story short his wife insisted that he go to a doctor and tell him that he needed adhd medicine. Before this, my nephew never took any kind of medicine. This medicine has him addicted to Adderall. The doctor has put him on an antidepressant. Something is wrong. He stays jittery or nervous all the time. He is sucuidal. He is constantly thinking of ways to end his life. it seems that everything bad than can happen, has happened, even losing his job
