My Nephew Has Problems With His Wisdom Teeth To The

My nephew has problems with his wisdom teeth to the point that he would chew the side of his cheeks when he spoke. Last week he woke up and his front teeth were black from caked blood. he now is having nose bleeds and lots of bleeding in his mouth. He saw an oral surgeon today who told him that his body should have absorbed the blood by now. He believes that there may be some underlying medical problem. If all of this is coming from his wisdom teeth why would he have nose bleeds?
