My Nephew Has Well The Best Way I Can Describe

My nephew has well the best way I can describe it is like his white right around his eye are white but when you have him turn his eyes either way way it looks like in both corners like the lens kind of clumped up and are yellow. Almost like when you stretch a deflated balloon and the side that are not stretched are wrinkled and the middle is flat. I may be paranoid about it but when I look at other peoples eyes it seems like there may be a liquid gap between the lens and their actual eye. Please help. Thank you very much. Robert Santillanez
