My Nephew He's 18 Yr Old Never Have Any Problem

My nephew he's 18 yr old never have any problem now his feeling weak heartburn and headache the doctor mentioned to him that His left heart shows darkness. Is this life-threatening? What kind of treatment that he needs? What causing him?
