My Nephew Is Currently On Three Meds....benztropine/olanzapine/fluphenazine. I Have Been

My nephew is currently on three meds....benztropine/olanzapine/fluphenazine. I have been administering every three to four days as it really puts him out for a few days. Unfortunately now he has started a new job and I have not given him anything since last thur and really don't want to since he has to be completely awake bright and early every day. I don't know what to do even though right now he really needs it as he is starting to disconnect....what should I do...is it ok to give him at least one of the meds so he can not be groggy tomorrow but still stay functioning and engaged?
