My Nephew Is In The Hospital As We Speak, His

My nephew is in the hospital as we speak, his in the Philippines , they said his potassium level is low but at the same time his complaining about headache and he also have have fever. Do you get fever when your potassium level is low and do you get consistent headache? Please help
