My Nephew Is Very High-strung, Has Eating Problems , Obsesses

My nephew is very high-strung, has eating problems , obsesses over vacuum cleaners and has problems controlling emotions often....nothing seems to fit. He's in pre-school, makes friends easily and loves affection, has no problems with eye contact but does not eat much...where do we look for answers?
