My Nephews Son Was Diagnoised With Diffuse Brain Atrophy Due

My nephews son was diagnoised with diffuse Brain Atrophy due to a high fever and fits began and he went on a ventilator when he was 1 yr old. After a month in the hospital he was discharged. They told him he would get better as he got older. but he is 4 yrs now and has still has some form of paralysis from it. What treatment if any can help or Children's hospital be able to help them out? They are located in Pakistan. But if hospitals in America I will bring them here.
