My neurologist changed my dosage of Ritary, fromthree capsules of 23.75 mg four times a day 266 the o three capsules of 23.75 mg four times a day to 61.25 mg four times a day. This morning I am unbelievably exhausted due to lack of sleep but something more than that. I do not know if the change in dosage of the Carbidopa levodopa has anything to do with my exhaustion now. The change was made on Saturday .
