My Neurologist Said My Blood Test Indicated Thyroiditis Or Hashimoto's,

My neurologist said my blood test indicated thyroiditis or Hashimoto's, and my regular doc said it was more like hyperthyroid than hypo....I have confusing symptoms. And i can't seem to get it figured out.
I'm tired, not sleepy, but it's like something heavy is sitting on me and its not hard to breathe really, i just feel exhausted. I sweat, like a pig, excessively. My arms both get cramps from wrist to shoulder, I already have issues with my neck from slipped discs, which cause a headache that doesn't even go away. So this new ache in my neck, could be related to thyroid, or not. I've gained a teeny bit of weight, and my heart rate is always elevated (because I'm always in pain). And if it is Hashimoto's, shouldn't the doc be talking about helping me with it?
