My Newborn Was 5 Weeks Early, And Was Born With

My newborn was 5 weeks early, and was born with PVL now I am almost certain he is having Tonic-Clonic seizures, he's has 2 eegs the first one reported a moderately abnormal scan and his second one they said was normal, well today he has been having what I call seizures all day, what do I need to do to get his doctors to do further testing
