My Newborn Will Not Stop Crying. She Had A Wet

My newborn will not stop crying. She had a wet diaper an hour ago that was changed, now no wet diaper. She was just fed and is not rooting or trying to latch on my breast, and we've tried burping her. What other reasons would she be crying like this and how do we help her to stop?
