My Nexaplanon Birth Control Expired A Year Ago. I Don't

My nexaplanon birth control expired a year ago. I don't have any periods. I haven't the entire time using it. I had some light spitting the past month though. I also have seemed to gain 10pounds, my breasts are sore and have gone up almost a full size and a half, my stomach is bigger my pants size has gone up. I have waves of hot flashes nausea and dizziness throughout the day I 32nd up puking at least once a day. I'm very tired a lot and weepy and also irritable. I have trouble sleeping at night as well. Its all been around this past months time. Ive taken a couple home tests that came negative. But is it possible I could be pregnant?
