My Next Door Neighbor Goes To A Pain Management And

My next door neighbor goes to a pain management and in her last urine test they said that it showed phenobarbital in her urine. In the last two months she has had two foot surgeries. We are good people. We go to church we only use medicine prescribed to us by our doctors. We only use one pharmacy. we don't even know anyone who take this medicine. Our pharmacist said he only has two patients on this medicine.
How could this have shown up in her urine test?
