My Niece Gave Me A Pill, I Had A Really

My niece gave me a pill, I had a really bad headache., she told me it was just aspirin. Anyway I ended up taking three of them and I got really goofy so I got on her and made her tell me exactly what they were. She said they were Xanax 1 milligram. I took three over about ten hours. I have a very good job and I don't do any type of drug or drink and I'm afraid of the urine test. Can u tell me how long they will stay in my system?
