My Niece Has Sle. She Is In An Induced Coma

My niece has sle. she is in an induced coma with a breathing tube. Her lungs are bleeding and they say it is cause by the lupus. I think the blood thinners has something to do with her grave condition. she has had several blood tranfusions along with several plasma freeze. The doctors are at a lose. What do you think?
