My Niece Have A Soft Fluid Filled Lump On The

My niece have a soft fluid filled lump on the right side of her forehead..its been 5 days since she fall from our bed,and it is still soft and big and shiny..but there is nothing unsual that happen to her..she still the same playing and crying..my niece is 6mnths old..Is this alright or i need to go to her pedia?
