My Niece Is Hearing Voices, Thinks Someone Is Watching He

My niece is hearing voices, thinks someone is watching he through her tv, her phone and the back up camera on her car, she says her husband is cheating on her (he's not) she has foil on all her windows, and swears someone has been in her house putting in cameras messing with the foil on her windows, letting armadillos into her car, people are flashing lights around her house, she has an artificial heart valve and takes lots of medication, she told her sister she was going to kill herself but nothing , I don't want to dismiss that but I think she is using that as a weapon, I am afraid for her, I won't try to get her to see she's wrong so I kinda go along with her, I also feel she won't see a a doctor only crazy people do and she's not crazy
