My Niece Tried To Commit Suicide By Taking An Entire

My niece tried to commit suicide by taking an entire bottle of pain pills (not sure what kind but she was unconscious). She was 16 weeks pregnant. Now the baby is here and the baby is 4 months old and still can't really hold his head without dropping it. Also movements of hands are jerky like a newborn and he is just now starting to grab things. The pediatrician said they are watching him because he has a very large protrusive forehead. What could this be and could it be from the overdose?
