My Niece Was Born In Kuwait And Got Her Vaccination

My niece was born in Kuwait and got her vaccination according to the Kuwaiti schedule which said opv2 at 6 months . She came to India and got her opv2 dose at 6 months.then the Indian doctor said that in India mmr 1 is given at 9 months . But the Kuwaiti schedule said mmr 1 and opv3 should be given at 12 months ... We gave her the mmr 1 and opv3 at 9 months... According to the Indian schedule opv4 is given by 14 weeks ... So now when should my niece get her opv4?
