My Nipple Has A Red Ring Around It And It

My nipple has a red ring around it and it itches and burns....I'm not sure if the nipple is red and burns because I've scratched it. It almost looks like one ring worm. I do have exema but am afraid this could be something more serious. Now my other nipple is beginning to itch.
