My Nipple Taste Wierd When My Boyfriend And I Are

My nipple taste wierd when my boyfriend and I are intimate. Can taste an after taste in his mouth? Can rubbing lemon juice over my nipple on a cotton ball help? Or using peri oxide on my nipples help? One of my nipples is inverted...always have to pull it out. Other than surgery, what can I do for an inverted nipple
