My Normal BP Is Around 110/60 And Heartrate 60. Lately

My normal BP is around 110/60 and heartrate 60. Lately I have been under an extreme amount of stress and have had a few panic attacks within the last week. I was diagnosed years ago with generalized anxiety disorder but have not taken any meds for it for about 10 years. The past few days my BP has been averaging 92/56. Should I be worried? Can stress cause your blood pressure to lower?
