My Normal Resting Heart Rate Is About 103bpm. I Went

My normal resting heart rate is about 103bpm. I went to the ER yesterday because my heart rate was 125-130bpm and my blood pressure was raised. I take adderall for narcolepsy.

ER doc did blood work and EKG. Said blood was okay and EKG was a normal sinus rhythm. How can I have a normal sinus rhythm when I am tachycardic?
