My Nose Canals (the Hole Inside My Nose) Are Not

My nose canals (the hole inside my nose) are not the same size. One is larger than the other. Only one of the holes can be use at anyone time, and often the right one will be blocked by something at the back of the nose. Often in the morning I wake up with both nose blocked and a slight sore throat because I breathe through my mouth for the whole night. I have also notice that if I use my fingers to pull the opening of the nose, I enlarge both holes and I can breathe in much more air.

Please assist, is this normal? I have been wanting to go for a procedure to solve this? Is is reccomended? Thanks
