My Nose Has Developed A Small Circular Indentation, On The

My nose has developed a small circular indentation, on the end. It has just appeared in the last 3 days. I have had skin cancer in the past, but it looked nothing like this. It seems to have a small whiteish core, bareley noticable.. not red or any other difference except the indentation...
