My Nose Is A Bit Stuffy And I Am Starting

My nose is a bit stuffy and I am starting to get a tickling type cough with some drainage, dry sort of cough. I take xyzal for allergies at night and Flonase, one spray each nostril in the AM and PM. I'm wondering which I should take for my cough cheratussin ac syrup or bromfed cough syrup..
