My Nose Is Always Red, Whether It's Winter Or Summer.

My nose is always red, whether it's winter or summer. It isn't enlarged or inflamed or bulbous. It isn't butterfly shaped like lupus usually is, although 2 of my sisters had lupus. I don't drink either. What could be causing this? It is so embarrassing.
