My Nose Is Peeling Inside It Started With A Cut

My nose is peeling inside it started with a cut that I picked and has just never healed it's in the inside of my nose on the bone side hurts when I blow my nose or scratch it or rub it. What can I do to help it heal because I've left it alone for about 3 months now and it still hasn't changed
