My Nose Looks Very Irritated From Snorting Cocaine. Little White

My nose looks very irritated from snorting cocaine. Little white blisters near the opening and if I shine a light inside the walls near the top of my nose on the inside look yellow, almost burnt? Any advice, other than just stop snorting cocaine. I just got some saline nasal spray but it didn't give me any immediate results.
