My Nose Runs Clear Liquid After I Bend Over. Sometimes

My nose runs clear liquid after I bend over. Sometimes it's just a few drops and sometimes it pours out. It is not every time. I have not tasted it to know if it's very salty.This last time my head hurt afterwards, but that is not uncommo. It has been going on for a few months now.
