My Nose Swelled Up And Turned Red 3 Days Ago.

My nose swelled up and turned red 3 days ago. It was very painful and started to spread to the right side of my face. I saw a PA and she kept saying I has a sinus infection which I knew was not right. She started me on cephalexin. The swelling has decreased and now I can feel a large mass inside by right nostril in the front. The front if the nose is hard, red and swollen and is now starting to break out into pimples.
