My Nose Was Broken Years Ago, I've Got A Deviated

My nose was broken years ago, I've got a deviated septum and had turbinate reduction surgery 2 years ago. My nose is very swollen painful and some times bleeds. I have facial pain and dizziness every day. I feel there is a mass in my nose that moves when breathing at times. It's very annoying and can never breathe. I have only prenatal Medicaid insurance now. How can I be helped with this issue.
