My Not Even Year Old French Bull Dog Has Extremely

My not even year old french bull dog has extremely swollen lymph nodes in his neck. Not only that, he is having alot of pain and discomfort when i pick him up. He isn't walking much and can barely stand up, sometimes not even at all. I've read up on IVDD and i'm wondering the likelihood of it being that and how the lymph nodes could be explained.
