My Obgyn Gave Me Progesterone 10mg For 1 Week To

My obgyn gave me progesterone 10mg for 1 week to induce a proper period because I have a thick endometrial lining. I have PCOS and am 34 and just started metformin to hopefully trigger ovulation. My bleeding over the last few days has been heavy and constant. Last night I vomited forcefully a clear liquid was gushing from my vagina everytime I heaved. I thought that it was blood at the time. I had the shakes and chills from cold exposure too. Today the bleeding is stronger than ever. What can I do?
