My Older Daughter Has A Mental Health Condition And She

My older daughter has a mental health condition and she fell on the bathroom floor earlier today and I had to pull her by her feet to her room she is over 200 lbs and cant carry her. Anyway, she just ate after refusing food all day but had to bring to her in her room. She is sitting up with her legs crossed won't get up to take a shower. Should I call ambulance she never said her back was hurting but now i'm concerned. Plus, she doesn't talk much but keep checking on her. Any suggestions?
